The goal of the Cisco Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Conferencing and Enterprise Instant Messaging (EIM) Resale ATP program is to enable qualified Cisco channel partners to resell WebEx Conferencing and EIM (Jabber) products to end using customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
The program identifies, qualifies, trains, and enables a select set of Cisco channel partners to provide WebEx Conferencing and EIM solutions on a renewable monthly subscription basis.
Program Participation
The ATP Program is an invitation-only program. To participate in the ATP Program, you must already possess relevant job, industry, and market credentials in the ATP technology. Before engaging with potential ATP partners, a Cisco sponsor or Partner Account Manager (PAM) must proceed to the ATP Instruction Page for nomination, approval, and partner invitation instructions. You should take the following steps:
- Read the requirements and the SaaS Resale ATP Program discount eligibility for participation in the ATP Program.
- If identified as a participating partner or provider, complete the Cisco SaaS Conferencing and EIM Resale ATP application and review it with your PAM. If you meet all criteria, your PAM working with the Theater Lead will submit a request for invitation to the SaaS Resale ATP Theater Lead contact. Note: filling out an application does not guarantee an invitation.
- Once invited, visit the Certification and Specialization Application (CSApp) / Invitation tool to complete the program requirements checklist (PRC) online. The PDF version file can be downloaded and used to track completion of program requirements.
Partner Profile
A successful partner in the Cisco Software as a Service (SaaS) Conferencing and Enterprise Instant Messaging (EIM) ATP Program must demonstrate a desire to sell the entire WebEx Product List and a desire to develop a larger SaaS practice and adjacent collaboration sales. The goal of the SaaS Resale ATP Program is to enable a selected group of Partners to sell WebEx Conferencing and EIM (Jabber) products as renewable monthly subscriptions while owning the end to end product lifecycle, including level 1 technical support and billing integration.
Restricted Products
New partners can prospect leads and develop quotes for Cisco SaaS Conferencing and EIM Resale products and solutions during the qualification period, but cannot purchase these products and begin deployments until they have successfully met the defined requirements for this ATP.
